Social Entrepreneurs Women’s Alliance Nepal (SEWA Nepal) is a non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization, established in 2022 and also affiliation with Social Welfare Council. SEWA Nepal is a national level organization of social entrepreneurs, dedicated to improving sustainable livelihood of women entrepreneurs, smallholder farmers and backward communities based on agriculture and livestock enterprises. SEWA Nepal is an apex body of more than 220 social entrepreneurs' women cooperatives (SEWCs) comprising more than 4,00,000 members from six provinces of Nepal.

SEWA-Nepal works for economic empowerment of women owned agriculture and livestock based micro and small enterprises across Nepal. As the apex body of women owned cooperatives, SEWA-Nepal advocates to increase their engagement in policy making at all levels of government. More importantly, it works to address bottlenecks of women owned agriculture and livestock enterprises in access to farm input, finance, insurance and market and technical capacity development of their representative cooperatives. The bottlenecks are addressed by developing cooperatives as  value chain specific business hubs such as milk collection and processing center, farm input hub, vegetable processing center etc. on top of its regular saving and credit functions and by forming new business entities such a cooperative training and resource center, an agriculture produce outlet and warehouse. SEWA- Nepal also provides digital technology based solutions to enhance the business functions of its member cooperatives and women farmers.
